1793 S-3 R3- Chain AMERICA ANACS graded VF20 Details Corroded. Recolored a very slightly glossy medium to dark steel brown and chocolate. The date and legends are complete and clear. MDS, Breen state II, with die clashmarks on the obverse, clearest at the lips and chin. Our grade is F15 sharpness net VG8+. 1793 S-3 R3- Chain AMERICA PCGS Genuine VG Details Environmental Damage. Sharpness at least VG10 but this cent is dark, nearly black, and covered with uniform granularity. No verdigris and only a few minor contact marks, the only notable ones being a very light rim bruise opposite the face and a dull rim nick over the second S in STATES. The date is clear and the legends are complete except for the E in ONE which was gobbled up by the roughness. MDS, Breen state II, with a die clashmark at the lips. Our grade is net G5. The attribution and Trollan provenance are noted on the PCGS label. Estimate Value $3,000 - UP

Lot 94
1793 S-8 R3 Wreath Cent, Vine & Bars Edge PCGS Genuine VG Details Tooled. Slightly glossy reddish steel brown and chocolate. The highpoints are smooth but the fields and protected areas are covered with fine granularity. No verdigris and only a few contact marks. The notable ones are a pair of nicks on the forehead and a few more dull nicks at CENT. Slightly glossy reddish steel brown and chocolate. MDS with swelling in the center of the reverse. The date and legends are complete and readable although there is significant weakness on ONE CENT due to the swelling in that area. Previously housed in a National Numismatic Certification slab graded F12 (label #2149305). Our grade is net VG7. The attribution and Trollan provenance are noted on the PCGS label. Estimate Value $1,750 - UP

Lot 95
1793 S-9 R2 Wreath Cent, Vine & Bars Edge PCGS Genuine XF Details Repaired. Attractive glossy medium olive and steel. The surfaces are smooth, void of any corrosion or notable circulation marks, and the eye appeal of this cent is excellent. However a strong glass reveals the fields on both sides have been very carefully smoothed and some of the fine hair details have been delicately strengthened as well. There is no apparent reason why someone decided it was a good idea to mess with this cent, but at least the work was done with exceptional skill. M-LDS, Breen state VII, with die cracks on the reverse and clear die clashmarks at the top of the wreath. Graded VF30 and Average Plus by Noyes, his photo #26700. Our grade is VF30 sharpness net F15. The attribution and Trollan provenance are noted on the PCGS label. Estimate Value $6,000 - UP

Lot 96
1793 S-9 R2 Wreath Cent, Vine & Bars Edge ANACS graded F12 Details Damaged. Glossy light to medium brown blending to light chocolate in protected areas. The planchet is free of corrosion or verdigris and the color is quite attractive, but there are several notable contact marks. A half dozen rim bruises show on the obverse, a few more are visible on the reverse, and a collection of dull digs or dents are located in the center of the reverse. The date is complete and easily readable although the bottom of the 3 is just starting to fade into the rim below, and the legends are clear except for portions of the ON in ONE and EN in CENT thanks to the dents in that area. EDS, Breen state I, before any die cracks on the reverse. Our grade is VG10 sharpness net VG7. The attribution is noted on the PCGS label. Estimate Value $2,000 - UP

Lot 97
1793 S-11c R3- Wreath Cent with Lettered Edge ANACS graded VG8 Obverse Lamination. Variety with a Single Leaf on the edge following DOLLAR. Glossy light chocolate brown and olive with traces of golden tan on the obverse thanks to a shallow planchet lamination across the neck into the adjacent hair and field. The highpoints of the devices are a slightly lighter shade of steel brown suggesting this piece may have been very lightly cleaned. Otherwise the surfaces are smooth and attractive. The only notable contact mark is a minor rim bruise at CA in AMERICA. The date is weak but easily readable and the legends are complete except for weakness on a few letters outside the wreath. M-LDS, Breen state III, with die clashmarks on the obverse. The ANACS holder identifies this as the Single Leaf following DOLLAR edge variety, but that can't be verified in the slab. Our grade is VG7. The attribution is noted on the ANACS label. Estimate Value $2,750 - UP
